I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect as it was situated in the center of the Beitou hot spring area. Being up the hill provided stunning views of the entire area. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the rooms had a unique Japanese design, which added to the overall charm of the hotel.
All was fantastic, no improvements needed!

We were fortunate to receive a complimentary room upgrade without any extra charges. The spacious room provided a relaxing experience as we enjoyed the hot spring in our own private onsen. The hotel's transportation service made it convenient for us to explore the nearby attractions and MRT station. Although the breakfast choices were limited, the local style porridge served was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for those seeking a valuable and enjoyable hot spring getaway.

The breakfast was delicious and there were many options, including local Taiwanese cuisine. The staff was polite and helpful, making sure to assist us with transportation to and from the hotel. One highlight was the cozy and clean room, which was a great place to relax after a long day of exploring.
The water was not as clean as we had hoped and had an unpleasant odor. the hotel location was challenging to find and the steep slope leading up to the hotel could be difficult for the elderly or those with mobility issues.

Friendly Staff, Convenient Transportation, Big Room with Private Hot Spring
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and provided transportation to the nearby MRT station and around the area. The room was spacious, and the private hot spring was a fantastic bonus. The location was convenient as it was near several tourist spots and down the hill from the famous Beitou Thermal Valley.
There was nothing negative about my stay at this hotel. All was perfect, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the hospitality of the staff at this resort. the shuttle service that took us to the nearby attractions was a plus point. the vintage decor was charming and added character to the resort.
The resort lacked an elevator, and carrying luggage upstairs was quite a challenge. the receptionist showed a lack of enthusiasm during our check-in a few times.

This resort is nestled down the hill and is conveniently located near famous tourist spots such as Beitou Thermal Valley, making it a great location for families with children. the rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with cozy Japanese-style tatami. the hotel staff’s polite and helpful service provides shuttle transfers to Beitou Station, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
Some of the staff may have a language barrier and the hot spring water quality may not live up to expectations.
